Costa Rica's beauty and abundance is on full display during the dry season December, with ideal warm sun and stunning ocean views. This setting will engage all of the senses, allowing Nature to soften the spirit and shift your consciousness.
Our Radiant Body retreat begins daily with morning practice, that includes ritual, chanting, kundalini yoga, and Buddhist Essence meditation. During afternoon and evening sessions we will cultivate our Inner Fire through visualization, yoga kriyas, pranayama & vase breathing. We will explore archetypal bliss energies and states of consciousness through movement, somatic integration, vocalization, and tribal/community engagement. Enjoy plenty of free time to explore the jewel of Blue Spirit.
Hosted at Blue Spirit, you will spend your days in a comfortable retreat setting, surrounded by the calming beauty of the ocean.
